How long will it take to receive an order?
Your order enters the handling process shortly after it has been submitted.
For standard periods, the estimated delivery timeline is:
• Processing: 2–4 business days
• Transit: 3–6 business days
• Total ETA: 5–10 business days

After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped and may take a few more business days to arrive depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Please note:
During holidays and peak seasons, delivery may take up to an additional 7 business days for both domestic and international orders.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan the package into their system.
If tracking does not show updates immediately, it usually means the carrier has not processed the parcel yet. Once scanned, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
If your order is past the estimated arrival date, please contact our support team for assistance.
Order queue
After payment is posted, your order enters a waiting queue for 4 hours before being sent to production. During this 4-hour window, you may request changes to the order details or cancellation.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the destination and order details.
For U.S. orders, standard shipping starts at $6.99.
Shipping fees may vary depending on destination, package details, and carrier availability.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and destination country.

All shipments include tracking when available. You can use the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email to follow the delivery status.
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Orders can only be shipped to one destination address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
Can I ship to a PO Box or Military APO/FPO?
We can ship to PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses within the United States.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 40–45 days to be delivered.
Will VAT or duties be charged?
We do not collect import taxes or duties for international shipments. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
