Product Condition
Approved returns and exchanges apply to new, unused products only.

- Photos of the shipping label or packaging
- Measurement photos for size-related issues, if applicable

Return Method
If a return shipment is required, the return must be sent by mail to the address provided by our support team.
Return Shipping Cost
If our support team requests that a product be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise in writing. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Approval and Resolution
