Eligible Refund Cases

Refund support is available for the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong material.
  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or with a clear print issue.
  • Your package was marked delivered but was not received after you checked with the carrier and delivery location.

Information We May Request

To review a refund request, we may ask for:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the package or shipping label
  • Photos showing the issue clearly
  • Measurement photos for size-related claims, if applicable

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After that time, production or fulfillment may already be in progress and cancellation may no longer be available.

Refund Timing

Once a request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Claim Window

Refund-related claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For eligible orders shipped outside the United States, we support defective or unwanted order claims within 60 days of delivery.
